Instructions:The frozen strawberries, one tablespoon of maple syrup, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract should all be put into a blender Mix until it's smooth Fill up the popsicle molds about a third of the way to the top with the strawberry mixture Put it in the freezer for 30 minutes or until it gets a little firm Put frozen blueberries, ripe bananas, one tablespoon of maple syrup, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract in the same blender There's no need to rinse it out Mix until it's smooth Fill the popsicle molds up another third of the way to the top with the blueberry mixture This should go on top of the frozen strawberry layer Put in the popsicle sticks, and then freeze for another 30 minutes To make the white layer, pour the rest of the coconut milk evenly over the blueberry layer in the popsicle molds Let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it's hard Once the popsicles are frozen, run the molds under warm water for a short time to get the popsicles out Have fun with your vegan, gluten-free, and creamy Red, White, and Blue Popsicles!
