Pesto Pasta Stuffed Tomatoes Salad

Ingredients:

• 4 large tomatoes


• 1 cup cooked pasta


• 1/2 cup pesto sauce


• 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


• 1/4 cup fresh mozzarella balls


• 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped


• Salt and pepper to taste


• Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions:

Slice the tops off the large tomatoes and carefully scoop out the insides to create tomato cups

Sprinkle the inside of each tomato cup with a pinch of salt and pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and pesto sauce
