These Lamb Back Strap Kebab Wraps are a delicious and satisfying meal. Tender marinated lamb is cooked to perfection and wrapped in a soft tortilla with a refreshing combination of Greek yogurt, crisp vegetables, and aromatic mint. A burst of flavors in every bite! Ingredients:
Instructions:In a bowl, combine the lamb pieces with minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil Toss to coat the lamb evenly Marinate for at least 30 minutes Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat Add the marinated lamb pieces and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness Warm the tortillas or flatbreads in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds on each side To assemble the wraps, spread a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt on each tortilla Add a portion of the cooked lamb, followed by sliced red onions, diced cucumber, diced tomato, and chopped mint leaves Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the filling Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap Serve the Lamb Back Strap Kebab Wraps with additional lemon wedges on the side Enjoy!
