Delicious grilled stuffed pork chops filled with a flavorful mixture of breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, and herbs. Perfect for a summer barbecue! Ingredients:
Instructions:Preheat the grill to medium-high heat In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, parsley, red onion, and minced garlic Add chicken broth gradually, mixing until the stuffing holds together Create a pocket in each pork chop by slicing horizontally into the side, being careful not to cut all the way through Season the inside of each pocket with salt and pepper Stuff each pork chop with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to close the opening Brush the stuffed pork chops with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika Place the stuffed pork chops on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 145F 63C Remove from the grill and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving
