Instructions:Preheat grill to medium-high heat Cut the romaine lettuce heads in half lengthwise, leaving the root intact Brush the cut sides of the romaine lettuce with olive oil and season with salt and pepper Grill the romaine lettuce halves for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred In a blender, combine the avocado, basil leaves, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, and water Blend until smooth Place the grilled romaine lettuce halves on serving plates Drizzle the creamy avocado basil dressing over the grilled lettuce Garnish with cherry tomatoes and croutons Serve immediately and enjoy!
