Instructions:Prepare tempura batter according to package instructions Dip shrimp in tempura batter, then coat with breadcrumbs Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side Drain on paper towels Mix blue cheese dressing and mayonnaise in a small bowl Cut nori sheets in half horizontally Spread a thin layer of blue cheese sauce on each nori sheet half Place fried shrimp on one end of each nori sheet half Roll nori sheets tightly around shrimp to form sushi rolls Slice rolls into bite-sized pieces Serve immediately with additional blue cheese sauce for dipping
