Instructions:Put brewed coffee, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together Mix everything together until it's smooth Place the mix into popsicle molds Place a popsicle stick in each mold Let it freeze for at least six hours, or until it's solid Run a little warm water around the outside of the molds for a few seconds to get the popsicles out
