Chocolate Tahini Balls

These Chocolate Tahini Balls taste great and don't have any nuts, gluten, dairy, or eggs in them. They're a great snack or dessert for people who have to watch what they eat or just like healthy treats.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut for coating

Instructions:

In a food processor, blend rolled oats until finely ground


Add tahini, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt


Blend until well combined and a dough forms


Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls


Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat


Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper


Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up
