Instructions:In a food processor, blend rolled oats until finely ground Add tahini, maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt Blend until well combined and a dough forms Using your hands, roll the dough into small balls Roll each ball in shredded coconut to coat Place the coated balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up Enjoy!
